Thanks for choosing ‘Tism Tactical Industries, LLC for your Firearm Transfer needs! 

Below is our Transfer Policy, as well as some additional information you may find helpful.

1. After you purchase your firearm from the online dealer or distributor, please have them reach out to us via Phone (Call/Text 208-519-8650) or Email (Justin@TismTactical.com) to obtain a copy of our FFL/SOT. We strive to reply to all FFL inquiries within 2 hours, weekends included. We typically do not send our FFL to individuals.

     a. If possible, please give us a heads-up when your firearm has shipped so we can be prepared to keep an eye out for it. We are an “at-home” FFL, and while we do our best to be available for package deliveries, we are unable to control precisely when UPS, FedEx or the USPS will actually deliver the package.

2. Upon delivery of your firearm, we will contact you once the firearm has been checked into our books. All firearm pickups are conducted on an appointment-only basis. Please do not arrive without first scheduling a Pickup/Transfer appointment.

     a. ‘Tism Tactical Industries, LLC has limited space for the storage of firearms. Please reach out to us promptly to pick your firearms up or to make arrangements for storage. We do our best to be flexible to your schedule, and we offer evening appointments all seven days of the week and daytime appointments on Saturdays and Sundays.

     b.  All firearms that have been in our possession for greater than 14 days will be subject to a $5/day storage fee. 

     c. All firearms left with TTI for greater than 90 days will be considered abandoned and will become property of TTI and sold to recover costs.

3. When you arrive to retrieve your firearm, please ensure you have all the necessary documentation to complete the transfer. 

     a. Please note that we are unable to process the paperwork until all proper documentation has been presented. Below is what is required (Please reach out to us if you have any questions on what documents are accepted):

          I. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID with current place of residence, to include:

                i. Driver’s License

                ii. Concealed Weapons License (ONLY Idaho CWL/ECWL are Valid for NICS Bypass)

                iii. United States Passport (Must be accompanied by Supplemental Documentation showing address)

          II. Supplemental Government-Issued Documentation as Proof-of-Address

                i. Vehicle Registration

                ii. Fish & Game License (Hunting, Fishing, Combination, etc)

                iii. County Tax Assessor’s Office Document (Must show Homeowner’s Exemption)

     b. TTI is generally unable to complete the transfer of the firearm until after a “Proceed” has been received from the FBI. It is your responsibility to know whether you are or are not a Prohibited Person under State or Federal Law. 

     c. If you are DENIED, you will have the opportunity to place the firearm on Consignment, where you will receive 75% of the firearm’s final sale value, less shipping costs if required. You may also pay to have the firearm shipped back to the original dealer/seller with their approval, at your cost.

4. Payment of Transfer Fee will be at the conclusion of the transfer.

     a. Standard Transfer Fee is $20, plus $5 per additional firearm on a single transaction.

     b. Transfer Fee for Idaho CWL/ECWL Holders is $20 for any number of firearms on a single transaction.
