For all items that are still in "New" condition:

• All returns must be requested within 14 days of sale.
• All returns must have all accessories present in New, unused condition. This includes any patches, stickers, etc.
• For any items that are defective, please contact the manufacturer.
• When requesting a return, please send us an email ASAP to request an RMA. Any items that are received without an RMA will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the owner and no RMA shall be issued for that item.
• Returns will only be accepted if the item was incorrectly shipped or damaged in transit. All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of 'Tism Tactical Industries, LLC.

*All "Blem" or "Used" Items are sold AS-IS. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. We ensure all descriptions are accurate to the item being sold, and encourage potential buyers to request additional pictures or information as needed.
